Tickets must be purchased through the designated ticketing platform.

A ticket is valid only for the event, date, and time stated at purchase.

If you can no longer attend an event, you may request a full refund up to 48 hours before the event start time.

Refund requests must be made by emailing events@fjcstudio.com with your booking details.

If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by fjcstudio, all ticket holders will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to the new date.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

We may photograph, film, or record events. By attending, you consent to your likeness being used in event documentation and promotional materials, unless you notify us otherwise in writing prior to the event.

Attendees are expected to behave respectfully. fjcstudio reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate.

You must not use the circlesix website for unlawful purposes or in ways that may impair its operation.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of website content but do not guarantee it will always be complete, current, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, fjcstudio is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from attendance at a circlesix event, except where caused by our negligence.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

All content on the circlesix website (text, images, graphics, logos, etc.) is the property of fjcstudio or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
